Modifications and termination of Be My Guest program
Changes Due to Legal Reasons: Any modifications to these participation terms necessary due to legal requirements will not entitle you to compensation or damages.
Modification of Conditions: Be My Guest hotels reserve the right to modify the participation terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via an email newsletter or a notice on the website.
Program Termination: Be My Guest hotels reserve the right to terminate the program at any time, without the need to provide explanations, or to replace it with another similar program.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: In case of a dispute, Spanish law will apply, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Participation terms for Be My Guest program
Participation Requirements: Anyone over the age of 18 can request access to the loyalty program for free by completing the online form available on our website.
Exclusion of Employees: Employees of participating hotels are not eligible to join the Be My Guest program.
Cancellation of Participation: Participation in the program can be canceled by either party (member or Be My Guest hotels) at any time, without the need for explanations. Cancellations will be carried out via email.
Exclusion for Non-compliance: Be My Guest hotels reserve the right to exclude members from the program who do not comply with the participation conditions or who provide false information during registration.
