Frequent questions
On our homepage you will find a section called 'Book your stay'. By selecting the dates you are interested in, you will be shown available room types, board basis and prices.
Dates:
Select your desired check-in and check-out dates.
Number of Guests:
Indicate the amount of adults and children on the reservation. The maximum amount of guests allowed in a room is 4 (depending on the selected room type).
Room Type:
Once you have selected dates and number of guests, the suitable/available room types will be shown. Just choose the one that best suits your needs.
Board basis and Offers:
At Salobre Hotel you are given the choice between bed and breakfast, half board and full board. In addition, once at the hotel you can eat by paying directly at any of the restaurants in the resort (depending on the regime you choose).
Packages and Extras:
With your reservation, you can select a wide range of experiences to enjoy at the resort such as golf, massages and treatments at Be Aloe Wellness, bike rental and much more.
Personal Data:
Once you have clicked on 'Book now', it is important that you review the contact details you have provided, in case that we need to contact you before your arrival.
Once all the fields have been filled in, you can click on the 'Confirm Booking' button to complete your booking. A window will appear indicating that your booking has been successfully made giving you the option to print out your confirmation straight away, or send it to you via email and print it from there.
Payment:
In order to make a reservation you must provide a credit or debit card number. Depending on the rate you have selected you might be charged a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of your booking (semi-flexible rate) and the rest upon arrival at the hotel. In case of a flexible rate you will be charged the full amount upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the credit card will only be charged in case of no-show or no cancellation of the reservation 24 hours before your stay.In Salobre Hotel you can choose between different options: the option of bed and breakfast, where you can enjoy the restaurant SENS Kitchen Patio Garden for breakfast from 7:30am to 10:30 am(opening times are subject to change due to seasonality). The option of accommodation with half board offers you the possibility to enjoy dinner also at SENS (without drinks included). Finally the full board option allows you, in addition to breakfast and dinner at SENS, to enjoy a lunch in the restaurant at the Palmera Pool Bar or The S-Club (without drinks included and restaurant upon seasonality).
Yes if you booked a specific board basis you are able to modify this after confirming your booking. To upgrade your plan from bed and breakfast to half board the extra fee is of 15€ per night and person and from half board to full board the extra fee is of 24€ per night and person. Both upgrades don't include drinks. Please note that these prices are only apllied when changing your board basis plan before arrival. Once you are a the hoel the upgrade for hlaf board is of 20€ and for full board 24€. If you want to enjoy dinner for only one single night, the fee is of 34€ + local texes (7%). Chilfren until 12 years (included) pay only half the price.
After finishing the booking process you will be sent an email with all the details of your booking and a confirmation number. You may contact our reservations department anytime to have any questions claryfied that might come up by providing your confirmation number. Yes, but it depends on your booking rate. If you have booked a flexible rate, you may cancel/modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the 20% deposit you paid upon booking is non refundable.
Yes, the minimum stay may vary depending on dates and availability.

You can also benefit from our loyalty program by registering on the website and receiving a 5% discount throughout the year on any booking you make directly on our website.To benefit from offers and promotions you need to enter the code we provided you when you started the booking process.
Just enter the arrival and departure dates on the booking bar and enter the promo code on the 'promo code' field. By clicking on “check availability” you will automatically be forwarded to the rooms and rates section where you will see the discount applied. Continue as usual with the reservation by selecting the room type and board basis.The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people. Some room categories also allow up to 4 people.
On the right side of the room type selector you will see the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in a room.Yes, breakfast is always included the day of departure. Lunch is only included on the day of arrival, not on the day of your checkout which is officially at 12pm.
Once you visit our homepage, you will see a pop up window on the top right corner that invites you to register and receive our latest news and exclusive discounts. You may register in three ways:

3. Or you can access a form where you can fill in your details and create your own account with the password you choose
MEMBERS AND ADMISSIBILITY
⦁ Anyone over 18 years of age can request free membership of the Be My Guest programme by filling out the online form.
⦁ All the mandatory fields must be completed to register for the programme.
⦁ Registration and subscription to the programme are free of charge.
⦁ Any single individual may register only once in the programme.
⦁ Bookings can only be assigned to one individual member of the programme, as the booker and guest.
⦁ Be My Guest discounts and benefits will apply to bookings made through our direct sales channels.
⦁ The loyalty programme does not have an expiry date.
⦁ Once registration is completed, new Be My Guest members will remain permanently in the programme at least at its initial level unless they explicitly unsubscribe by sending a request by email to booking@satocan.com
⦁ The member, booker and guest is the only person who can benefit from the discounts and programme benefits (except benefits or services that are offered for the entire booking and all the people included in the booking.)
⦁ Discounts and benefits cannot be transferred to any other person, regardless of whether or not they are members of the programme.
⦁ Bookings for consecutive dates are not admissible in programme calculations. The departure date of one booking cannot coincide with the arrival date of another. There must be a minimum of 7 days between them.
⦁ Bookings already made by Be My Guest members through our website and call centre since January 1, 2019, are considered valid for programme calculation purposes. After the launch of the new loyalty programme and its different levels, Be My Guest bookings made directly with our hotels will also be added to calculations.
⦁ Travel agency bookings are not valid for the programme.
⦁ The benefits and conditions offered by the Be My Guest programme may be modified at any time without prior written notice.
⦁ We reserve the right to vary the valid booking channels without prior notice.
PROGRAMME LEVELS
BeMyGuest Classic: The initial level of our loyalty programme. Members with less than two direct bookings with us will join this level. Be My Guest benefits will be applied to the first booking provided the customer was registered as a member before making the booking and also identified themselves as a member when booking.
BeMyGuest Iconic: This is the second level of our loyalty programme. This level is for members who have made between 3 and 4 direct bookings and stays since the launch of the programme through the website, call centre or directly with the hotel.
BeMyGuest Supreme: This is the third level of our loyalty programme. This level is for Be My Guest members who have made 5 or more bookings since the launch of the programme through the website, call centre or directly with the hotel.

To get from the airport to Salobre Hotel you have several options:
We offer private transfer that costs 56€ per way. If you are travelling as a group there are special prices that you can consult at the front desk by sending an email to frontoffice@salobrehotel.com.
In order to make the reservation of the transfer, please send us an email (frontoffice@salobrehotel.com) informing us of your arrival time and flight number. If you come with your own car or if you rent one be sure to take the exit at km. 53 of the highway GC-1. Once you reach the checkpoint you can identify yourself with your name and booking number.All rooms are equipped with a safe, coffee and tea kettle, amenities, television with international channels, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box which is free of charge.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. Smoking is only possible in open spaces of the hotel and resort.
We prepare you whatever you need. We can adapt the plan for celiacs, vegetarians and people with some dietary restriction.

The buggys can only be hired for the golf game.
The nearest town to the resort is Meloneras, 9 km from the resort. You will get there in about 10 minutes by car.
Yes, right at the entrance of the resort is a Spar supermcarket, where you can find everything you need. Furthermore there is also the option of the Liberty Shop which is located right at the hotel's premises, next to the Pro Shop. It offers everything you may need during your vacation.
The hotel has 7 outdoor swimming pools, 6 for adults and 1 for children. Please note that the Infinity pool on the 11th floor can only be used from 16 years on.
Yes, 3 of our swimming pools are heated during the winter including the Be Aloe Wellness "Vitality Pool".
Yes. we have a free towel service managed by the pool team. A virtual deposit ischarged on account at check in that is cancelled when returning the towels at check out.
Yes, the balinese beds can be booked for a whole day for a cost of 40€ which includes a bottle of sparkling wine. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to enjoy this service. Please make your reservation directly at reception.
The swimming pools can be used throughout the whole day. The lifeguard's schedule is from 10am to 6pm. Outside of this time schedule bathing is at one's own responsibility.
